According to Amit Khatri, the co-founder of Noise, which filed the patent and accomplished this achievement in 2018, the information gathered from three million consumers supported the view of how emotionally engaged viewers were with Chopra.

There was an instant search on the internet in the name of Chopra and Nadeem both of whom were in the event. Their search results showed that within 24 hours the keyword ‘Nadeem Arshad’ received more than two million hits. Chief of the Indian contingent Op Iron Man Neeraj Chopra, who made Indians proud by clinching India’s first Olympic gold in Athletics three years ago, equally got much support from the Indians living here. Some of the fans that came to the event were as follows; wearing Indian and Pakistan flags, it was evident that they had come to support their athletes. The fan from London, Varun Mathur with his partner Sujata Ravi considered Chopra as the one who brought back life into javelin commenting that it has never been a popular sport and he has managed to bring in people’s attention to it.

In last year’s World Championships, Nadeem managed to get a silver medal while Chopra was the winner but the success encouraged a healthy competition between the two sportspersons. The performances of Chopra and Sreeshankar Nadeem’s victory have only brought the javelin throw into the spotlight again and made fans and other sports lovers thrilled again.
