Puja Khedkar was transferred after Suhas Divase(The Pune collector officer) wrote a letter to the chief secretary of Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, An RTI activist Vijay Kumbhar, declared Puja Khedkar’s meeting was doubtful. He said she didn’t fall under the OBC non-creamy layer category because her father had assets worth ₹40 crore.
He said”As per the rules, only those come under the OBC non-creme layer category whose parents are under 8 lac per annum of income, but their income shows that it is 40 crore. Her parents contested the recent Lok Sabha polls and all the property details are there in the affidavit,”.
Pooja Khedkar who was in the 2022 batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra group had allegedly submitted fake disability and OBC(Other Backward Class) certificates to clear the civil services exam, said by the officials in the media.
