Bollywood Actress Kriti Sanon buys a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, After Amitabh Bachchan, a second home destination near Mumbai(Maharashtra). The company stated that Kriti Sanon has acquired property in the Sol de Alibaug project from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).
She purchased the same project which Amitabh Bachchan had bought three months ago.
Kirti Sanon said, “Buying land on my own has been quite an empowering journey and I have had my eyes on Alibaug, for a while. I was pretty clear about what I was looking for – peace, privacy and a great investment addition to my portfolio,”.
She also added, “It is in a prime location, less than 20 minutes away from Mandwa jetty, right in the heart of Alibaug, so this opportunity checked all the boxes,”.
Untimely, Amitabh Bachchan also bought the same project in Alibaug for ₹10 crore for a 10,000 sq ft plot. Amitabh Bachchan had also bought a land piece from HoABL in Ayodhya in its project The Sarayu, a 7-star mixed-use enclave coming up in the temple town. Real estate industry sources state that the Ayodhya project measured around 10,000 sq ft and was worth of ₹14.5 crore.
